New digital footprint for rebranding. The XYZ Bank has completely redefined its value proposition, necessitating a comprehensive rebranding of its headquarters in Vienna and two other European branches within six months. We completely redesigned their internet and mobile banking platforms, enhancing them with modern functions such as a chatbot to generate new potential customers. Additionally, we launched a new mobile app, introduced an innovative cloud-sourcing concept, and developed a cutting-edge intranet focused on content and community engagement. We also assisted in designing and staffing their digital competency centre. We led the project, partnered with a new UX/UI design team, and successfully managed the entire digital transformation.

An automated chatbot advisor for people who have decided to invest. They can create their tailor-made investment portfolio on their PC or mobile phone in 5 minutes and start investing straight away. The app navigates through a combination of predefined and automatic flows, asking specific questions to tailor the investment. It considers risk tolerance and the ability to invest larger sums. Clients receive clear insights into the regular investment amount, investment timeline, and risk level. If they decide to start investing, they can scan their ID and verify via SMS. We built the entire journey and interface and implemented third-party services for investment advisory. In 2018, EVA was awarded for this RoboAdvisory Goal-based investment solution.

We developed and are still evolving a digital solution that has replaced paper-based processes. It ensures the optimization and efficiency of daily banking operations for credit and risk managers and the back office. This consistent platform seamlessly manages processes, enables collaboration, and offers high transparency. It includes an underwriting platform (PEF) for SME and SB (Branch and BO—E2E), F/E apps with workflow and collaboration, and a proprietary contract/document generator. It also features full online integration with CBS, external data providers, and other internal ISs. The solution continues to adapt based on the needs of UniCredit Bank.
